If you don’t have a sincere desire or passion for these things, or have never worked in this field before, owning a home care franchise, despite your financial resources to get started or even your desire to be a business owner might not be enough to equal success for many years into the future.
Passion is great, but it’s not enough. You certainly have to be compassionate and have a sincere drive to help those in need, but you also must have a strong desire to put in the time, be a strong leader, and work at surrounding yourself with employees (administrative assistants, home care aides, visiting nurses, etc.) who will work tirelessly to help you make this dream a successful reality.
