Even if you have an Area Representative supporting your Franchise Territory, Golden Heart Senior Care will still provide you with our comprehensive training and support. All of our Franchise Owners get the help they need to operate their business efficiently and effectively.
 
 

MEET YOUR AREA REPRESENTATIVES

 

Adam Smith, Area Representative

Adam Smith is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. Adam grew up working in nursing homes before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his B.A. with honors in History. Adam then earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. After clerking for a federal judge, Adam spent several years working as a corporate attorney for a large law firm in Washington, D.C. While working as an attorney, Adam did not find any sort of satisfaction or enjoyment in what he was doing. He knew that he needed to do something more personally meaningful for him. He just was not sure what that would be.
Adam met his wife Natalie Smith around this time.
 

Natalie Smith, Area Representative

Natalie, a native of Ukraine, emigrated to the United States at age 11. Natalie began working at age 12 and continued to work through her high school career and put herself through higher education. She literally pulled herself and her family out of poverty and government assistance so that she could have a better life. While in school, Natalie worked in a home care agency before becoming a software engineer.
Shortly after marrying Adam, Natalie witnessed Adam’s family struggle with home care. Adam’s family went through numerous home care agencies as well as private caregivers and had bad experiences throughout. Knowing that home care should be a compassionate and personal experience, Natalie had the idea to start her own home care agency with Adam.
After a year of research and learning not only about home care but the different home care franchises, Adam and Natalie purchased a Golden Heart territory and opened their doors in 2012. Over five years later, Adam and Natalie have a successful seven figure business along with the job satisfaction of enjoying what they do plus the added benefit of being their own boss.

When we decided to invest our life savings to start a home care agency, we evaluated close to 40 home care franchises. Golden Heart distinguished itself for the outstanding training and infrastructure they provide, but also for the personal touch, sincerity and integrity in which they conduct their business.
We wanted a franchise system that provided us everything we needed to successfully complete in the market place plus the ability to call up the President or anyone else at corporate if there was an issue. Golden Heart has met every expectation and I am extremely happy with our decision.
